Oberthur Card Systems Science & Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (following called OCS Shenzhen), a Sino-French Joint Venture, located in Shenzhen High-tech Industrial Park, was established in April 2001. OCS Shenzhen is the first Joint Venture company and the only perso-production site set up in Asia Pacific region of OCS S.
